Attention all Panzerdogs fans! We have some exciting news to share with you. We have extended our partnership with Mysten Labs to migrate our web3 game and NFT collections to the Sui blockchain.

Solana was a great place to kick-off this journey and start building a community. Migrating to Sui is a significant step to further establish Panzerdogs as a leading web3 game and evolve our community.

Why are we switching to Sui?

We keep the game’s best interest and its success in the front of our mind. Creating a wonderful product for our community and stakeholders is our highest priority. We believe Sui will provide beneficial features and opportunities. Sui’s asset-centric technology makes it possible to have in-game NFTs that are mutable, composable and dynamic. This allows your NFTs to change, improve and grow with you as you progress in the game. This means earning, buying and owning NFTs will be more akin to customizing your own Panzerdogs and Tanks.

What benefits does Sui have?

Sui is designed to provide advanced features that enable efficient transactions and fast processing times. This makes it an ideal platform for gaming and NFT transactions. It also supports high volumes of transactions, making it an ideal platform for large-scale gaming and NFT projects. Like Solana it also has very low transaction fees. Sui’s asset-centric technology also makes it possible to have in-game NFTs that are mutable, composable and dynamic. This means we can add more value to the Panzerdogs NFTs.

What is Sui?

Sui is a blockchain, just like Solana. Sui is a Layer 1 blockchain that utilizes Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism and operates on a permissionless network. Its primary goal is to facilitate fast settlement and high transaction throughput, while also supporting a diverse range of latency-sensitive decentralized applications. Sui empowers developers to build Web3 projects that can cater to the anticipated large influx of Web3 users.

Sui is backed by Mysten Labs — the Web3 infrastructure organization, which was founded by former senior executives at Meta’s Novi Research. It is made up of experts in cryptography, programming languages, and distributed systems.

How will this benefit the current Panzerdogs community?

By moving to Sui we’re expecting a huge new set of eyes on Panzerdogs. We are among the first project to migrate to Sui and expect a massive social impact surrounding the launch of their Mainnet. This also gives a lot of opportunities for new collaborations and partnerships. It will also bring a fresh new Sui crowd into the project.

Turning every Panzerdog NFT into a mutable NFT will also add more value and possibilities to each NFT — and thus to its holders. Sui allows your NFTs to change, improve and grow with you as you progress in the game. This means earning, buying and owning NFTs will be more akin to customizing your own Panzerdogs and tanks.

What does that mean? Imagine owning a Panzerdogs Avatar NFT, which rocks some amazing attributes. But you’d rather change some of those attributes based on your preferences. On Sui Panzerdogs NFT are customisable and all attributes are tradable. This allows you to change everything from rare bandanas to epic shades, or pick up a legendary background (of which we released a limited number).

On Sui your Panzerdogs Tank NFTs are made up out of different tank parts. This means you don’t have to buy a completely new tank, but can just find the parts you like. Let’s say you have a tank with really slow tracks, and a very strong turret. Instead of hunting for a whole new tank, you can trade parts. Trade your slow, beefy tracks for a lightning fast set of wheels. Allowing you to play however you like!

What if I have an NFT Dog?

You are able to migrate all you Panzerdogs NFTs from Solana to Sui. You can do this be using our Migration Tool. This tool will help you migrate all the Panzerdogs NFTs you have in your wallet, so you can keep using it in-game.

What if I have a cyberdog?

Does this mean the IDO will also be on SUI?

Instead of an IDO (Initial DEX Offering) we will have an IEO (Initial Exchange Offering). We will share more news about this topic in the future.

Why did we switch from a IDO to a IEO?

Due to being a regulated entity in Gibraltar, we have to comply with the highest standard of AML and KYC policies.

What to do with my $cPANZR?

Holders of $cPANZR will be airdropped tokens during the IEO based on the $cPANZR allocation of holders. A percentage of the IEO has been reserved for holders of $cPANZR.

Can I still stake my Solana NFTs for cPANZR?

Staking will remain active and reward you with $cPANZR until we move to Sui.

Can I use my Solana NFTs in-game?

No. To use Panzerdogs NFTs in-game you will need to migrate them to Sui NFTs.

What happens to current NFTs for sale on Marketplaces?

All current Solana NFTs can still be sold on Marketplaces. The migration will be holder opt-in. However, to use Panzerdogs NFTs in-game and receive future airdrops (such as the PanzerPass) you need to have them migrated to Sui.

Will Panzerdogs now be mutable NFTs?

Yes, Panzerdogs NFTs will use the benefits of the Sui blockchain to make each NFT dynamic and mutable.

How does the migration tool work?

You can use our migration tool to turn your Panzerdogs Solana NFTs into Sui NFTs. This a one-way migration from Solana to Sui which burns and mints NFTs. Essentially destroying the Solana version of the NFT and minting an identical version on Sui, and sending it to your Sui wallet after.

How to migrate my NFTs? / How do I transfer my Solana NFTs to SUI?

You can use our Migration Tool, this Tool will help you with transferring all your PanzerDogs NFTs. After Panzerdogs moves to Sui the tool will become available. A link to our Migration Tool and a detailed step-by-step guide will be provided closer to the move.
I don’t want to migrate my Panzerdogs NFTs from Solana to Sui…

You can choose to keep your Panzerdogs NFTs on the Solana blockchain. The migration will be holder opt-in. However, to use Panzerdogs NFTs in-game and receive future airdrops (such as the PanzerPass) you need to have them migrated to Sui.

Is Panzerdogs an official partner of Sui?

Panzerdogs is an official partner of Mysten Labs. Mysten Labs develops tools that make web3 secure, reliable, and ready for mass adoption. Sui is not a legal entity, and as a decentralized, permissionless protocol, it does not have official ecosystem partners.
